BOOKINGS
Bookings are subject to availability. With any written confirmation we require a 50% deposit of the food cost and a full payment for accommodation within 7 days after your date of confirmation. The balance is payable 14 days prior to your wedding. Should you wish to book provisionally to secure a date, we will require a non refundable deposit of R 1500.00, which will be credited against the final amount.
The balance of the account has to be paid on departure. All prices are per person.

The tariffs are valid from 1st January 2010 to 31st of December 2010. Due to the fluctuating nature of the Rand, we reserve the right to adjust our rates without prior notice. You are welcome to view our facilities, kindly contact us to arrange an appointment.

Main Dining Room
- Our beautiful thatched enclosed room for up to 100 guests including a dance floor. For up to 120 guests excluding a dance floor , the venue hire is R 5,100.00.
The Kudu
- A unique shaped room with an African ambience, ideal for the smaller wedding for up to 40 guests including a dance floor. For up to 56 guests excluding a dance floor the venue hire is R 3,200.00.
The Springbok
- A very cozy and private room, for up to 30 guests, excluding a dance floor the venue hire is R 1500.00.
- The room for the wedding ceremony will be at an additional charge which depends on the number of guests and the room chosen.

SPECIAL OFFER
A complimentary bungalow will be given to the bridal couple for the night of the wedding only. Should your guests wish to stay overnight at Heia Safari Ranch, we offer a special rate on the wedding night only.

Menus are tailor-made and served with professionalism in a buffet style, or should you wish, in a more formal plated service style.
For your convenience, please choose your own menu. Kindly note that we require a minimum number of guests for the various menus.
For the buffet and the spit Braai we require a minimum of 40 guests. For the set menus we require a minimum of 10 guests.
The prices at Heia Safari Ranch includes the catering, cutlery & crockery, table linen, waitress and bar staff, podium. Should the wedding reception continue after midnight we will charge an additional R 45.00 per hour for the barmen and per waitress on duty and R 450.00 per hour for the venue hire after 12PM. Once you have confirmed your wedding reception with us, we will discuss further details e.g. colour scheme, seating – bar arrangements.

The Heia Safari Ranch can assist or supply you with decorations or any other extras e.g. flowers, music at an additional quotation or we can recommend a few suppliers. You are welcome to bring your own flowers, music, wedding cake.
