This Conference package is based on a 24-hour period which includes:

Kindly note: tea/coffee included in the meals will be served within the meals only.
Should you wish to cancel meals, we require one day notice prior to the booked times.
Break-away room Per room, per day at R 210.00 and subject to availability We can offer you 4 (four) break-away rooms up to 10 delegates maximum.
Should you need a breakaway room for more than 10 delegates, kindly enquire for rates when making your booking.

Should you require any additional items e.g. Data projector, DVD rates are available on request. Photo copying & fax are available at Reception at an additional cost.
Making use of our printer for printing from your disks is subject to availability only.
Kindly note: All equipment which belongs to the Heia Safari Ranch and is going to be used for your Conference should be used on the premises only.

SPECIAL REQUESTS:
Dietary requirements: Kindly note that we have to order in food for delegates with strict kosher meals We require a minimum of 4 working days to place this order. There will be a surcharge of R 150.00 per meal (B/fast, lunch & dinner) Halaal and vegetarian can be catered for in our hotel. For the Halaal delegates a surcharge of R 100.00 per meal (lunch & dinner) Kindly advise whether any delegates have any other special dietary requirements and please forward names of delegates.
TEAM BUILDING NEW, NEW, NEW: with immediate effect we offer canoeing on the property on our own dam at R 100.00 per hour, per canoe. For further information, please contact our Reservations Office.
For a Potjiekos competition, the hotel supplies the ingredients. The surcharge is R 70.00 per person.For further information kindly contact our Reservation office.

The Rate is R 210.00 per person, minimum four people. Bookings essential!
An outdoor swimming pool, Volleyball, badminton, tennis, darts, table tennis, full size snooker table, chess table and soccer table are available on the premises.
If you have any other requirements e.g. awards function, special day or evening events, theme events, outside barbecue, music, décor (the hotel does not supply any décor, at additional costs only) please do not hesitate to enquire with our reservation.
Transfers: Airport and other transfers can be arranged in advance. Please enquire about rates.

General InformationIf you wish to make a booking we will hold a provisional booking for a period of 7 (seven) days only, after which time you have to book or to cancel your reservation. A written confirmation is required for any booking. Payment details are within our reconfirmation.
We will make every effort to keep these existing rates for a 12 month period, should costs escalate unexpectedly, we reserve the right to levy an increase without notice.
All prices are per person, should you wish to contribute an added bonus to our dedicated and friendly staff it would be much appreciated.
No Food or Beverages are allowed to be brought onto the property.
